Hey dolls,
Hope you all are doing well and all you having an awesome weekend. I'm going to share today my thoughts about Inikia Certified Organic Pure Primer.

About Inika Certified Organic Pure Primer

Inika Pure Primer (50ml) is a certified organic blend that offers protection and hydration for the skin prior to makeup application.
With delectable ingredients such as macadamia oil, avocado and apricot, Pure Primer preps the skin, providing an even canvas for foundation application and impoves the staying power of your makeup.

My Verdict

Since summer/spring is slowly approaching and winters are going to take a leave from us means no more dry weather and no more no-sweat after makeup. Summer means more oil production by my sebaceous glands as having oily sensitive skin therefore my foundation starts to wear off after 2-3 hours after application. My t-zone and rest of the face gets greasy and shiny too. A clear indication of having oil on face. Primers are essential part of my makeup since then I've heard/read about them and always in search of mineral products rather going for the ones loaded with chemicals and having bad impact on skin. A good quality primer is always so essential but most of the primers loaded with silicones that can clog pores if worn on regular basis, though I haven't came across any break outs recently with silicone based primers but you never know.
So, I got this little beauty some 3-4 months ago.

Inika Certifed Organic Pure Primer

Inika Certified Organic Pure Primer is more of a very light moisturiser to me rather then a primer but it is a primer having a very fruity-herbal sorts of scent which I like, it may be down side for some of you. The primer feels soft and very light on application. I prefer to wait for some time to let it set and sink into your skin and then start applying foundation. After applying Inika Certified Organic Pure Primer I do feel it gives my skin a little tightening effect that I kinda liked it but as soon as it sink into skin,I found my foundation application so smooth and velvet-y by even out my skin and gives a very soft-matte finish for upto good 5 hours in hot humid weather. I'm assuming it the wear time depends where do you live and what skin type do you have.

The packaging is quite good and practical. It comes in a 50 ml pump bottle that makes it travel friendly. The primer inside is of white color and of a moisturiser consistancy. You just need to apply 1 gentle pump of Inika Certified Organic Pure Primer and massage into your face and neck. By applying too much of a primer resulting totally opposite. Totally over stimulated sebaceous glands.

Overall, I'd like to say this is a good option for those who are having oily/combination skin but definitely not for the ones who are having super oily skin or if living in a super humid weather.
