MUA Blusher in Shade 5 is one of the best drug store powder blusher I've came across and my one of to go blusher. Lets have a look at review..!!

MUA Powder Blusher
Be a part our amazing £1 line, our blushers come in six shades. They range from pink and coral to deeper plums and natural nudes so you'll definitely find one that suits you the most! Although to be honest with you, at £1 there's no reason why you shouldn't own all six! Just simply sweep across the apples of the cheek and up to the brow bone to create a soft yet beautiful contour. Gorge!

My Verdict

The first think I noticed about MUA Blushes was their packaging. They are SUPER tiny and by seeing them I was thinking I'm not going to like them and was not sure about the quality too. MUA Blush comes in a teeny-weeny black pan with a transparent lid with not so much strudy feel. Ingredients, shade name, lot number etc printed on back.As soon as I opened it my initial thoughts were how gorgeous it is! Also it pinched me to remind of Sleek Blush in RoseGold.

MUA Blush in Shade 5 best describe as a beautiful coral peachy-pink color with having very subtle golden shimmer undertones but for me more then pink to me the color is more of peachy side. However, the shimmer is so fine that it bound to gives a very pretty pop of color to the cheeks and golden shimmer is not very noticeable when applied but gives a very beautiful warm peachy-golden sheen and love the fact that how it makes apple of my cheeks highlights. As the shimmer is very fine and gives a beautiful blow to cheeks so it can be worn in day time and night. Shade 5 in my opinion is would complimants medium tones the best cause of its warm peachy-golden touch and sheen it gives to cheeks when applied.

The texture of the powder is very finely milled and has a not very hard and not very soft texture but somewhere in between. And I think texture may varies. Pigmentation wise, I'd love to say for its price its definitely impressive. You just need to swirl your blusher brush over it and work with it and its really not something that wouldn't show up in single sweep. I was hoping that blending would be an issue since the texture is not very soft but surprisingly I didn't face such issues. It doesn't leave harsh lines or patches or appear chalky when blended. It goes sheer when applied at first but coverage however, is buildable. The wear time is quite impressive too. It lasts there on me for good 4-5 hours on me with primer/foundation underneath and starts to tone down thereafter. Bare face it stays there on me for 2 hours only.

Overall I'd like to say a user friendly product for the girls who wants budget-friendly blushes or who is looking for blusher could be worn on daily basis along with a decent wear time. This could be a good choice for those who just started doing makeup. As for me, it is one of my to go blushes that I love to play with along with my some other blushes and I absolutely love MUA Blusher Shade 5 and can't wait to try other shades as well.
