I was So excited for this particular palette because MUA had never created something like this before. Another beautiful palette after having MUA Heaven and Earth Palette and MUA Undress Me Too Palette in my stash. I quite love both of them considering it an absolute steal for a price. Does it do, what's supposed to do? Let's head over and find more about it.
MUA The Artiste Collection
This is a beautiful artiste collection palette on the go which helps create a full face all in one, with 6 brand NEW merged eye shadows, two powder blushers and a contour shade and highlighter.
Shades include shimmery merged tones for fashion-forward statement smoky eyes with light and earthy naturals for an everyday look which can easily be transformed into an evening smoky eye look. The two blushes include warm pink shades for a soft shimmer finish. Finally the contour and highlighter helps create a flawless sculpted natural glow.
These rich, high-pigmented colours help achieve a stunning look this summer.

My Verdict
The Artiste Collection is a beautiful on the go palette which helps and can create a full face in no time. At first glance, I quite liked the packaging and the concepts-six brand new merged eye shadows, two blushers, contour and a highlighting powder with a usual sponge tip applicator.
Let's begin with the eye shadows. The palette contains six brand new merged eye shadows. All the colors truly reflects a decent pigmentation with a satisfactory color pay off on lids. The texture is not velvety smooth like Heaven and Earth & Undress palette. They blend really well and you can create everyday smoky eyes with light and earthy tone neutral for day time look and can instantly transformed the look into a sultry smoky eye look for evening. The color pay off is much better over an eye primer so better not to skip it even if you are in hurry. Without having an eye primer underneath I noticed color begins to fade away after couple of hours.
As well as eye shadows the palette has two blushers, one bronzer and a highlighter. All of the facial products are nicely pigmented and have a decent color pay off once applied. Both the blushers have a little powdery and gritty feel but have good pigmentation and almost both the shades are pretty similar to me. How I wish, one of them were little brighter. Bronzer is totally matte and a fantastic shade for contour. Neither too dark nor too light, but just perfect for NC15-30 skin tones. Lastly, highlighter it's a love. A far more natural looking deemed shimmer kiss highlighter. Perfect for every day routine as well as for night outs.
Each shade in the palette has its own name which makes it easier to remember the shade name. The shades are :
- Pistachio - a light green aqua shimmer shade with deep aqua marbling,
- Mocca - a light silver toned shade with grey marbling.
- Ice - a lovely bright blue with deep blue marbling.
- Grape - a metallic purple with light blue marbling.
- Chocolate - a metallic deep bronze with ivory/white marbling.
- Cookie - a matte warm bronze shade with pink marbling.
- Pink Sparkle - a bright coral pink blush with shimmer finish.
- Primerose - a mid tone neutral pink with matte finish.
- Bronze - a light olive mid toned matte bronzer.
- Shimmer Kiss - a light pearly pink shimmer highlighter.

3/5
Overall, it's a mixed bag palette. It looks bright and pretty. The usual sturdy case is good enough to make this palette travel friendly. This could be good choice for those who likes to create some quick neutral/daytime look and their urge will be satisfied. MUA The Artiste Collection priced £6.00 and I've got mine from MUA Official Website here and if you are living in Pakistan, you can get it from Just4girls as they are MUA's official retailer in Paskitan.
What do you think about Heaven and Earth Palette? Anyone of you tried it yet?
Awww, it's a lovely palette at a very reasonable cost! Nice review Sana! Kisses <3

ReplyDeleteomg love those eyeshadow colours! Too bad it may not be that pigmented
ReplyDeleteLove budget friendly and nice shades here!
ReplyDeleteMUA is a brand I have loved for a while now because it really inexpensive and nice quality. I've been a bit stand offish in regards to there matte selection as when it comes to high street brand they are usually not the best however these seem quite decent in term of pigmentation and I'm guess these would work really well on those with olive and lighter skin tones. Good review.
ReplyDeleteIt looks nice and the shade selection is very pretty. I wouldn't mind giving it a try.

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful palette - These are gorgeous, gorgeous colors. I especially like the blues and watery hues. <3 GIGLove
ReplyDeleteThe colors are very pretty! With my darker skin tone, they would probably a bit too light :( However, I wonder if a good eye primer will help the colors pop a bit.
ReplyDeleteLove the shades in the palette! I have heard a lot about MUA but never have used it though! I'm not really a big makeup buff!!
